Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be canceled. This is because we work with a company that packs the packages for us. The labels are printed immediately and your order is packed immediately. Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel your order as it will be shipped immediately. We are not responsible if you have entered your delivery address incorrectly and/or incompletely. It is therefore your responsibility to contact the delivery partner and change your delivery address. If this does not work, we cannot refund any money.

 

 

Other items cannot be returned:
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Items that are not in original condition, damaged or have missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be booked.

Offers

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Offers cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange or return the item, please email us at info@Tktxtattoo.uk
